The luggage is carried by horses which make it easier to enjoy the pure nature around you. You have to cross rivers and climb mountain passes. The trek does not require any alpine climbing skills. On the way you sleep in 2-3 person tents and the food is prepared by our cook.

Day 1
30 km ♦ 30 min ♦ Hotel Bishkek
Arrival in Bishkek and transfer to the Hotel. Here you can rest and have breakfast. Later you have a sightseeing tour in Bishkek. You visit the Ala Too Square, the Imagery Museum, Oak Park and the Osh bazar
Day 2
♦ 400 km ♦ 6 h ♦ Guesthouse Riverside Karakol
Today you transfer to Karakol.
Day 3

Today you have a sightseeing tour in Karakol, you visit the old Dunganen Mosque, the Russian Orthodox Church and the bazaar.
Day 4

You continue to Saruu, where you start the 10 day trek. The luggage is packed on the horses and you start today with a relax walk through the Saruu Valley.
Day 5

After a nice breakfast, continue along the Djuuka River. Today there are a few increases and decreases in the terrain.
Day 6
♦ 6-7 h ♦ Tent on 2997 m
The canyon becomes narrower, you walk along the river. You walk over the Dungurema Pass (3773m), after which you descend along the Djuuka River, which flows into the Barskoon River. Here you will come on the main road to the Kumtor Gold Mine. This good road you will follow until the top of the Sary-Moinok Pass (3126m). On top of the pass you enter in the Kerege Tash Canyon where you pitch your tent for the night.
Day 7

You continue along the road through the Kerege Tash Valley which slowly rises to the summer pasture, where the mountain lake Chunkur-Kol Lake lies. A few shepherds live here in their yards and tents, where you will pitch your tent for the night.
Day 8

You walk over the summer pastures along several small lakes surrounded by mountains of everlasting snow. Later on, you will see the Tosor Pass on the right side, which is widely used by cyclists.
Day 9

You walk through the end of the canyon where you will pitch your tent for the night.
Day 10

The Ton Pass (4023m), is for us, a solid climb for the morning but on the top you have a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. At the end of the pass you spend the night and can relax from the heavy climbing.
Day 11

The walk today takes place over an extended area with mountain views.
Day 12

The heavy part of the trek is behind us, you walk over the meadows where the animals are feeding and grazing. At the end of the day you pitch your tent for the last night in the mountains. Enjoy a warm meal.
Day 13
♦ 6-7 h ♦ Guesthouse Tosor
You walk towards the Issyk-Kul Lake which is the end of the trek. In the afternoon, you can go swimming in the Issyk-Kul Lake, a well-earned reward and reminisce about your adventure.
Day 14
♦ 300 km ♦ 5 h ♦ Hotel Bishkek
The trip goes back to Bishkek, on the way you visit the Burana Tower, an old Minaret from the 9th to 11th Century. Here there is also a Turkish Cemetery with graceful tombstones (called Bali Ball) and is an impressive sight. There is also a small museum with archaeological finds which is worth a visit.

In the morning you will be taken to Manas Airport for your outbound flight.
